Every product meets internationally recognized standards including ECOCERT and COSMOS Natural certifications. Where are Caldera products made?
Our products are manufactured at two ISO 22716:2007 certified facilities: one in Charlotte, North Carolina, and one in Latvia. Both facilities meet international Good Manufacturing Practice standards. This dual-facility approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality control, optimize production efficiency, and keep our products accessible and affordable.
Are Caldera products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our commitment to clean, natural ingredients makes our products gentle enough for sensitive skin. We avoid common irritants like synthetic fragrances, parabens, and sulfates. However, we always recommend patch testing new products, especially if you have specific sensitivities.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Our products are cruelty-free—we never test on animals. For specific vegan certifications, please check individual product pages as formulations may vary.

Every Caldera product meets our rigorous Clean Beauty Standard, which includes:

How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Caldera products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For opened products, please contact our customer service team—we're here to help make things right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding international shipping—stay tuned!
