Order Processing & Fulfillment

All Caldera products are custom-made to order and produced at one of our two fulfillment centers:

  • North Carolina, USA – serving North America

  • Latvia, EU – serving Europe and international orders

This ensures faster delivery times and reduced shipping distances for most customers.

Our fulfillment times depend on order size:

11 – 100 items 7 full working days
101 – 999 items 12 full working days
1,000+ items 30 – 60 full working days

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will ship directly from the nearest production facility.

Your total delivery time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your package weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

Typical weight categories:

  • Small items (serums, balms): 80–150 g

  • Mid-size items (lotions, toners): 200–300 g

  • Large items (body care, shampoo): 500–700 g

Shipping cost estimates appear before payment for full transparency.


Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

All prices are displayed excluding VAT and customs duties.
Depending on your shipping destination, additional import fees or taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking & Delivery

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

To avoid delays, double-check that your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.


Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver your order (e.g., incorrect address or no recipient available), the package will be returned to us.
Once received, we’ll contact you to confirm your details and arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, unforeseen factors such as customs delays, carrier issues, or weather disruptions may cause longer shipping times.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery period, please reach out to garrett@buycaldera.com with your order number for assistance.
