30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Caldera, we believe everyone deserves to find products that work for their skin. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

For Opened Products:
If you've tried a product and it's not right for you (skin sensitivity, unexpected reaction, or simply not what you hoped for), contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund, and you can keep the product. No need to ship anything back.

For Unopened Products:
If you haven't opened your product and would like a refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund, and you can keep the unopened product.

To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, email us at garrett@buycaldera.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Which product(s) you'd like refunded
  • Brief feedback on why it wasn't right for you

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right immediately. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at garrett@buycaldera.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it), please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the courier to investigate. If the package is returned to our facility, we'll contact you to confirm your details and arrange re-delivery. To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for our satisfaction guarantee:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased beyond 30 days

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
